The Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates is seeking exceptionally talented, highly qualified and dedicated Aviation Engineering Faculty at the Abu Dhabi Men’s College. Reporting to the Program Chair, you will be playing a vital role preparing the students in their chosen profession to contribute to the positive development of the country and adhering to and assisting in the development of system-wide policies affecting the Higher Colleges of Technology. The chosen candidate will also be able to actively participate in the academic and extra-curricular life of the College and the community and teach in a practical learner-centred environment while contributing to the positive development of the college.

The successful candidate will be a fluent English speaker holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in a aviation or relevant field along with proven teaching and industry experience. You will also hold a valid airframe and turbine engine basic licence. You will be working within an international team of qualified staff within an exciting and technologically progressive College environment teaching highly motivated and focused Emirati cadets.
