ASI and HR Global Innovations have agreed to collaborate. With 6 experienced HR Directors on call, HR Global is in an excellent position to support ASI searches by undertaking in depth reference checking in the country of preferred candidates. HR Global is also working with ASI to explore appropriate means of integrity checking of candidates at a senior level. HR Global is delighted to support ASI in ensuring that universities recruit quality candidates.
HR Global Innovations is a limited liability partnership registered in England. With six partners located in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa and the United Kingdom, HR Global provides advice and consultancy services in all aspects of human resources management to universities around the world.
In its first year of operations, HR Global has organised the Association of Commonwealth Universities Fourth HR Network and Third PR Network Conferences in Australia, undertaken a Human Resource and Remuneration review for the University of the South Pacific (USP), delivered papers at and supported the Universities New Zealand HR Conference and provided advice on administrative reform at the University of Technology, Jamaica. It has developed a model HR policy manual for use in universities. Currently, two partners are working with USP to develop an improved performance management system for academic and non-academic staff. These assignments are consistent with HR Global’ s mission of working collaboratively with universities in developing capacity in HR strategy and operations, in developing performance and reward processes, in improving recruitment processes as well as focussing on the key areas of leadership development and cultural change.
