Brian McMillan, BTech (Hons)
Principal Consultant
Prior to joining ASI in 2007, Brian had a proven background in research administration and financial management in both research institute and university environments. Among his responsibilities was the administration of multi-million dollar research programmes and maintenance of proactive client relationships. Brian has also worked for public sector and local government organisations, which included a role as a team leader with responsibility for staff management and recruitment. He graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Technology (Honours). Since working at ASI, Brian has successfully led a number of senior academic and senior executive search assignments, ranging from posts in the humanities to science and engineering. Based in ASI's Sydney office, in addition to leading searches, Brian is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with a number of key clients.
