Does my application need to be in a particular format?

While there is no specific format required for your CV, it should include your full academic and professional work history and achievements, including a complete list of publications. At senior academic level it is particularly helpful to the search committee if you include citations, IF or H-factor in support of your publications record.

It is also helpful for the selection committee if your covering letter directly addresses how your skills and experience match the selection criteria in the context of that role as outlined in the position description provided.
