The Hong Kong Polytechnic University wishes to appoint a Chair Professor of Finance to provide leadership in academic activities, including research, teaching and consultancy, in the School of Accounting and Finance, within the Faculty of Business.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is the largest government-funded tertiary institution in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) in terms of student numbers. The University makes significant contributions towards the territory's success by providing the public and private sectors with its expanding range of consultancy, professional training and applied research services.

The Chair Professor is expected to support the research and teaching activities of the Faculty’s Graduate School of Business.  Excellent research record in Corporate Finance will be preferred.
