Losing top scientists to brain drain

Quoting research made by economists, The Telegraph’s Jon Swaine writes that Britain has ‘lost its ability to attract the best scientists and its universities must pay academics more to reverse the brain drain’. Findings from the research likewise say that Britain was unable to compete with the US and Switzerland, the two countries said to attract the best scientists.
