How does ASI's search process work?
ASI has developed a search process that is specifically
tailored to the academic environment. We are well versed in
the specialized recruitment practices and issues faced within
academia and actively incorporate appropriate strategies into
our own procedures.
Following detailed client
briefings at the commencement of any search assignment, we
work alongside relevant Faculty members and administrators,
as well as with the Search Committee to integrate our activities
with the client's internal appointment process. A detailed
description of our process is available to interested clients.

How long does ASI's search
process take?
Following a detailed briefing
from the client at the commencement of the search, ASI's research
and search phases take approximately 8 weeks. At the end of
this time an ASI representative will then present and discuss
candidate applications with the Selection Panel and any other
individuals that may be appropriate.
From this point, ASI works
in partnership with the client's own process to finalise a
successful placement. In ASI's experience, the timing associated
with this can vary considerably, however our expert consultants
regularly offer assistance in the planning and management
of this to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
How much do ASI's services
cost?
Every search assignment that
ASI undertakes is customized according to a range of varying
position criteria and the extent to which each client wishes
ASI to be involved in the selection and placement process.
However, time and again our
clients are impressed with the savings that ASI's proactive
search process offers over international advertising campaigns
and additional resources that would otherwise be required
to deliver a similar result.
